You should be able to hard-reset the phone regardless of any passwords set on it. After that, I&#039;d call Verizon and give them the ESN off the phone (usually under the battery). They can tell you if it can be re-activated on their network. </description>

		<description>We got a used Treo from my older son&#039;s office. This phone is locked by a password from the prior owner and the phone will not re-set. It is through Verizon...will their site help us unlock and re-program this phone so we can use it? </description>
